With snow on the ground the big freeze sets in, and I have no flat shoes to wear! As the London Personal Shopper I rarely wear flat shoes, I trip about in heels. Last winter I went to France and it was -17 with snow from the North to the South. So here are some great choices. These Keds boots are warm, stylish and will cope with the cold.
Next on my list are these lovely red Vivienne Westwood Melissa tricot boots in red. Ideal for fashionistas charging through snowy streets. From Van Mildert.com.
Also from Van Mildert is this fab Armani Jeans fur collar jacket now reduced for christmas to £239. Warm and it has a nipped in waist so will slim and shape you over jeans.
My favourite coat this winter is by Pinko with a fox fur collar and lovely silver buttons this is totally chic Italian style. Wear it on its own or with a big leather belt.
My favourite jumper this winter is Helmut Lang looks amazing especially on taller women with skinny jeans.
For those of you going skiing or to the country this Christmas this is a stunning jacket from Moncler. I saw someone wearing this yesterday wow chic and toasty too.

With a wedding dress code of glamorous the pressure was on. As the Leading London Personal Stylist I wanted to look amazing for my wedding. I am hourglass, so this dress is cut to show my curves. From David Fielden this dress rocked. Hand beaded with acres of silk chiffon it was so glamorous to wear.
I had my hair and makeup done by the celebrated celebrity hairstylist Marco Testa. I wanted to look good for the photographs so I wore a lot more makeup than normal. Red lipstick and nails and uber-glam false eyelashes. People kept telling me I looked like Marilyn Monroe how fab is that!!
The dress code was glamorous (of course) and everyone obliged my friends are a mixed lot with scientists, fashion and beauty experts, lawyers, bankers and my amazing family!
It was a hugely fun day coming at the end of Jubilee week so everyone was in the mood for a party and everyone laughed and smiled all day long. If you are getting married use the best experts you can and ask a stylist to help you choose your dream dress. Photographs by Lou Denim who was superb.

Want to motivate your staff, increase performance and build teamwork? How about a Styling Day? Gabrielle Teare, Candice Lake and Team Tactics held one at Selfridges voted the Best Department Shop in the world. The VIP guests were all invited to a Bespoke Style Day within The Personal Shopping Rooms.

The Corporate Event attendees were all given a makeover, Dior Professional makeup lesson, a manicure and then styled and photographed by Vogue and Glamour Photographer and former Catwalk Model Candice Lake. Gabrielle Teare The Leading London Personal Stylist and Candice had organised the rooms to resemble a Fashion Show with rails of designer and weekend clothes, shoes and accesories for all 35 women.
The Ladies arrived early afternoon and were given tea and canapes along with Champagne that flowed all afternoon. The delicious food and attentive service was provided by Thierry Tomasin and Angelus Restaurant. Thierry is a former Sommelier at the Gavroche and naturally all the wines chosen were superb.
As you can see the Ladies all loved the day. Many commented that they were amazed by the styles and colours chosen as it opened a world of new ideas on style and they loved their new looks.
