Florals have been a firm staple trend (so you’ve probably got plenty in your wardrobe) for the past few years and SS12 saw them receive yet another chic update. These aren’t the standard floral prints you’re used to seeing. This seasons florals have a real depth and artistry to them and the great thing is there is something to suit everyone. Opt for full on vintage romance like Valentino and Alberta Ferretti with dusty pinks, sheer panels and intricate embroidery.

Some florals take a thoroughly modern approach with pop-art perennials (like Christopher Kane and Rodarte) and bold graphic prints (like Alexander Wang, Matthew Williamson and Mary Katrantzou).

Tips for wearing SS12 Florals: – Try to choose the vintage inspired or graphic printed florals. – For one on-trend look try clashing florals with an aquatic print or stripes. – For another, try floral prints in soft pastel colours. Here’s a small edition of Florals currently available:

With London Fashion Week just around the corner – Will Autumn/Winter provide yet another incarnation of this mega-trend?

Last but not least, Scandinavian duo Aminaka Wilmont ended London Fashion Week on a high note for me.

Simple sculptured shapes in soft browns and greys showed neutral colours against stone landscape.

Bold graphic prints in this show the duo called changeling were modern, fresh and elegant.

I like this long dress, leggings combo. Great for my Middle Eastern Clients

“Antonio Beradi makes me glad to be a man. ROARRRRRRRRR” Said my fiance when he saw me, these are clothes to dress for men, to attract, to flirt and to feel sexy in.
This is such a great dress rocket red it clings, it shows your curves and I want it now. ……………..

I have many middle eastern clients looking for stylish long dresses with sleeves. This one rocks it is simple, classy and elegant. In July Knightsbridge becomes arabic at GabrielleTeare.Com we style in dresses like this.

Antonio Beradi Spring Summer 2012
This is another chic little outfit easy to wear, cool and incredibly elegant. At London Fashion Week I see lots of clothes that no-one will wear too bizarre and many are unflattering.

Roland Mouret Spring Summer 2012
I have more Roland Mouret dresses than any other designer. I love this chic outfit the red pencil skirt rocks. One of my favourite outfits is a red pencil skirt a little black jacket, chic, elegant and timeless.

This turquoise blue colour rocks and on someone tall this would look simply stunning. The colour lifts the face and draping is very flattering.

This is a very clever dress. beautifully cut, it drapes, it flatters and it hides any hint of a tummy to make you look a perfect 10 hourglass.

Holly Fulton Spring Summer 2012
Holly Fulton was easily my favourite show, I love her clothes and the jewellery as well. My pleasure was added to when I met her afterwards. Another Scot, Holly is just delightful. These were clothes inspired by the US poolside scene of the 60′s and 70′s, clothes to promenade in.

Look at the fabulous print on this bikini and the amazing 60′s check beach bag. I would love one……….

These Palazzo pants are great for summer strolling and the silk will keep you cool

A beautiful silk dress and another great bag, the shoes were by Christian Louboutin.

A superb yellow and blue bikini.

Here is Holly Fulton outside Somerset House.

With a front row full of celebrities PPQ rocked from the very start of the show. I was sitting in the front row with Lara Accisson from fashiontv and Matching Models.

As the party continued PPQ showed printed denims with matching bra tops.

Then came the so pretty pastels accompanied by Bebaroque embroidered hosiery and sky high heels from Michael Lewis.

This is a lovely check shorts suit again worn with the embellished tights.

In the front row was Ana Araujo who I managed to get first time this time!!

Here is Erin O’Connor wearing a very unflattering dress she is so beautiful as well………

Bora Aksu Spring Summer 2012
At Bora Aksu the runway was strewn with rose petals and we were taken into a bygone era.

There was an Edwardian theme running with long skirts, hoops, petticoats and soft pastel colours.

Simple tunics were worn over loose fitting trousers very feminine.

As the show progressed soft roses and then turquoise overlayed the pastel base tones.

Finishing with several black dresses which were rather lovely.

This is the back view so romantic, feminine and entirely different………….

Jean-Pierre Braganza Spring Summer 2012
Jean-Pierre Braganza showed a geometric and art deco inspired collection with wonderful shoes from Dune.

Colours were neutral or bold such as this black and coral contrasting geometric dress.

I like this futuristic graphic print dress fun and easy to wear.

This coral and beige number however leaves me cold it is really more dinner lady than chic and makes her look fat.
